The new "Mirage" tour has just kicked off, and he's done the unplugged version of "This Light Between Us", together with singer Christian Burns already. And he's following the same principles: NO rehearsals, NO make-up and completely spontaneous. Just keep the camera's rolling and perform from the heart. This shows how a professional singer like Christian Burns is as great as the strength and power of the song.
This version has been recorded in a hotel room in Kiev, Ukraine, just before a huge show that over 13,000 people attended.
This performance is all about "Let's keep it small, before it gets big"...

This is the G&L ASAT Special Deluxe No Top . You might remember our demo of the Legacy Deluxe no top, where we decided to try the ash guitar without the maple top. The new tonal flavors at a significant price reduction was a hit with everyone, so we went with the G&L ASAT Special Deluxe no top.The mahogany body is left untouched, revealing a woody tone with plenty of twang when matched with G&L's famously strong magnetic field design pickups. These high output low noise MFD's can pull out chiming harmonics and deep sustaining tones alike. Without a pickguard the G&L ASAT Special Deluxe No top has a slick look and it's finished in a deep clear red finish that highlights the lush mahogany grain, a nice contrast with the classic G&L maple neck. Its profile is a standard "C" shape with a smooth sliding satin finish on the back. The snappy sound is also maintained with a 25.5" scale length and a 7.5" fretboard radius. When combined with the mahogany body, it produces a great mix of warm singing notes and biting lead tones.
