Sometimes something fun may turn out to be something way more serious. Back in 2004 Bingo Players made an uplifting house track based on the discohouse trend of that time.
A nightly studio gag with a high-pitched '80's Brenda Russell vocal ended up online on the Laidback Luke forum, and the guys named it 'Eve Stangello' with the title 'Davali'. The response was amazing.
Last year, when traveling back from one of their international tours and dozing off at the airport, Paul woke up with the tune going through his mind. Some people never stop working.. He found it on YouTube and got a very clear message: the track had over a million views!
Bingo Players decided to pimp their monster and update it to 2011 standards. The result is a kickass track that will be released on Bingo Players' label Hysteria on the 19th of April.
