The video for 'The Roller' will be premiered on Channel 4 at midnight on the 10th January, and promises daredevil stunts. The band recorded the film in sub zero temperatures in Cambridgeshire in December performing in a 'Motorcycle Wall of Death', one of only two in the country, complete with motorcycle stunt riders. After the Channel Four premiere fans can watch the video here at the band's YouTube channel.
This is the third track Beady Eye have made available for fans to hear after giving away a free download of 'Bring The Light' via their website in November, and premiering a video for 'Four Letter Word' on Boxing Day on nme.com and the band's own site. The songs have been viewed over one million times since appearing on the band's site. All songs will be on 'Different Gear, Still Speeding' which is released on 28th February 2011 on Beady Eye Records.

Join us as we look back over 2010 with the debut of the Midummer Music Conference in Portugal at Praia de Sto André.
The two day festival encompassed the "Business Fair" where Pioneer Portugal were showing off the newly launched CDJ-850 alongside the CDJ-2000 & DJM-2000, the daytime "Conference" where heavy music and clubland industry issues were debated and at night the delegates were joined by the Portuguese party animals and danced until dawn with a lineup that included Above & Beyond, Wally Lopez, Sharam and Techno godfather Derrick May.
DJsounds spoke to Portuguese hot-shots Pete Tha Zouk, DJ Tommy & DJ Brazen of United Friends, Nuno Bessa, Italy's Luca Ricci and Pioneer Portugal's own Paulo Ribeiro.
The Midsummer Music Festival returns in 2011 for three days starting on the 4th August.

Normally we would catch up with VIVa MUSiC head-honcho and long serving Space resident Steve Lawler at either the opening or closing of Space but not tonight.
Steve talks intimately with DJsounds from his casa in the hills overlooking Ibiza old town about nurturing new talent, implementing cutting edge technology like the DJM-2000 and playing in San Antonio again at Eden for Pete Tong.
Steve's Ibiza debut back in the early 90s was at none other than Cafe Mambo, where he would play day after day anything up to 12 hours at a time. Good practice for those legendary marathon sets that would make his name, on the terrace at Space Miami, Twilo in New York and The End in London.
