This Fender Custom Shop creation has some serious mojo with a thin nitro finish over an alder body that has been pre aged along with the hardware. Fano Alt de Facto MG6

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/05/03
This is the Fano Alt de Facto MG6, a handbuilt creation inspired by some very classic designs. The Fano MG6 TV Burst is one of the rare models to feature a set neck construction, joining two resonant pieces of mahogany together for an ultra solid feel. A thin nitrocellulose finish has been authentically aged with checking and various abrasions along with the hardware, making the MG6 look like a true vintage instrument. As with the other Alt de Facto models, Fano infuses modern touches with classic methods such as early 60's neck profile and a compound radius rosewood fretboard for a "best of both worlds" approach. The Fano Alt de Facto MG6 comes with a TonePros bridge and stop tailpiece and Kluson style Gotoh tuners that are free of string trees. Plus, a custom wound Lindy Fralin P-90 pickup holds its own thanks to a well balanced voice and the 16 position ToneStyler circuit which allows for a wide pallete of vocal-like tones. http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitars-fano-guitars-c-1_691/fano-alt-de-facto..

Fano Alt de Facto PX6

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/26
Here at ProGuitarShop.com, we've had some real stunning guitars come through the door and the Fano Alt de Facto PX6 is no exception. Fano's PX6 starts with a classic offset design with contours such as a forearm and tummy cut for continuing comfort. The resonant swamp ash body and maple neck of this Fano Alt de Facto PX6 are finished with a thin butterscotch blonde nitro finish, with distressing in all the right places for a broken in look and satiny feel. Despite the vintage look of this PX6, Fano utilizes a modern compound radius fretboard for optimum playability all the way up and down the 6105 frets. Plus, custom Fralin P-90 pickups dish out their famous blend of shimmer and attack while the passive but effective Tonestyler tone circuit retains powerful bass and midrange frequencies. http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitars-fano-guitars-c-1_691/fano-alt-de-facto...

Lovepedal Amp Eleven

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/22
The Lovepedal Amp Eleven combines organic transparent overdrive with a specially voiced boost for gain stacking like no other pedal around. Start with the overdrive portion where you'll find a friendly amount of touch sensitive gain and a mighty dose of output. These two controls bring out the best in your amp's unique voice rather than turn it into something it's not. The Bass control adds thickness without affecting other frequencies while the Tone control takes care of the high end definition. A separate footswitchable boost based on the Church of Tone 50 adds gain and upper mids to the front end of the overdrive, ideal for lead boosts and harmonically charged chords. Plus the Lovepedal Amp 11 can run up from 9 to 18 volts for different flavors of headroom. http://proguitarshop.com/store/effects-overdrive-pedals-c-602_6/lovepedal-amp...

Fender 60th Anniversary Telecaster

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/12
In 1951, Fender revolutionized the solidbody electric guitar with one ingenious design, the Telecaster. To celebrate this rich history, Fender is offering the 60th Anniversary Telecaster, a limited edition guitar for 2011. This USA made Tele blends vintage '51 looks with a bit of today's technology. An Ash body with a Thinskin Lacquer finish loaded with vintage style alnico single coils lays the groundwork for proper Tele twang. GNI Octa Fuzz

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/08

This is the Octa Fuzz from GNI, part of the new pocket pedal lineup. The Octa Fuzz squeezes every nuance of old school upper octave madness into a near bulletproof, compact enclosure. The all analog, true bypass Octa Fuzz can produce tones from splatty ring modulator to screaming fuzz thanks to simple but effective controls that sound great wherever you place them. Unlike early octavers of its kind, the GNI Octa Fuzz isn't particular about where you play on the neck or how much fuzz is dialed in, when it comes to producing haunting harmonies that ride above the original signal.

Nobels ODR-1 Soundgarden Tribute

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/07

Hey, PGS Andy here. Today we put together a little tribute to Soundgarden, inspired by the fat, tube-like tones from the Nobels ODR-1 overdrive. Kim Thayil and Chris Cornell are responsible for some of the biggest, rawest rock guitar tones to come out of Seattle in the 90's, based heavily on creative alternate tunings and cranked tube amp tones. The Nobel's ODR-1 happens to do these sounds very well, with its thick, defined drive and flat frequency response. And it's spectrum control lets you easily dial in a little scoop for lots of attack and huge bottom end.

Retro Channel RR1

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/05
This is the Retro Channel RR1, an innovative 100 watt head that might make you rethink everything you thought you knew about solid state amplifiers. The Retro Reck's thick, juicy tones are based on the legendary, and legendarily pricey, Trainwreck amps. Incredible touch sensitivity, feel and tube like breakup, let you know just what today's advancements in technology can produce. Like the Trainwreck, the Retro Channel RR1 does everything incredibly well with your guitar's volume knob, taking you from sparkling cleans to hot-rodded brown sounds with just one turn Unlike solid state designs of the past, the RR1 gladly accepts your favorite dirt pedals in the front while the FX loop in back takes care of the rest. The full complement of interactive EQ controls let you dial in a huge range of sounds and a rear-mounted resonance control lets you match the Retro Channel RR1 to any cabinet, PA, or direct recording input. And maybe best of all, it pumps out these tones at any volume, from whisper quiet to paint-peeling loud with an unobtrusive master volume. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/retro-channel-c-698/retro-channel-rr1-amplifie...

Malekko Envelope Filter

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/04

This is the new Malekko E. Filter from Malekko's Omicron Series, an itty-bitty analog envelope filter based on a popular vintage model of some repute. Malekko packs this diminutive stompbox full of warm, responsive filter tones, from subtle slurp to full-on quack attack. Range and Frequency knobs keep the Malekko Envelope Filter 's operation mostly idiot-proof, and it's wide response makes it excellent for bass, baritone guitars, and other low-register instruments. As with all pedals in the Omicron Series, the Malekko Envelope Filter 's eentsy-weentsy enclosure leaves plenty of wide open space on your crowded pedalboard. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/effects-envelope-filter-c-602_16/malekko-omicr...

Fano RB6

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/04/01
Today I'm playing the Fano RB6. Fano Alt de Facto guitars contain an artistic blend of classic American craftsmanship while utilizing today's advancements in tone and playability. The Fano RB6 has a swamp ash body that catches your eye with its German carve top and an ultra thin nitro finish which has gone through Fano's tasteful distressing process. Custom wound Lindy Fralin P-90's provide the handmade Fano RB6 with a tone that shimmers just as well as it shouts. Like many Fano Alt De Facto guitars, the fretboard has a compound radius of 10"-16", part of the reason these Fano's ring so true across the entire neck. Other nice touches include the highly addictive Tonestyler circuit, which retains the low end punch and midrange and an elegant wraparound bridge with adjustable saddles. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitars-fano-guitars-c-1_691/fano-alt-de-facto...

Divided by 13 Dyna Ranger

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/03/30
Welcome back to ProGuitarShop.com where we're looking at one of the fine pedals from Divided By 13. The Dyna Ranger is their take on a classic overdrive effect used by Brian May, Tony Iommi and Eric Clapton, to name a few. This handmade pedal utilizes the CV7003 Germanium transistor, the military spec equivalent of the coveted OC44 which drove the original treble booster. In the same tradition as their amplifiers, Divided by 13 have expanded on the functionality via a 5 position voice switch that progressively adds low end girth and gain, enabling you to go from classic vocal like leads to dark and evil fuzz. The Divided by 13 Dyna-Ranger can be powered by battery or a standard 9v adaptor thanks to a unique circuit, plus it's wired for true bypass in an indestructible enclosure. http://proguitarshop.com/store/effects-boost-pedals-c-602_43/divided-by-thirt...

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/03/29
The word on the streets is true, its back, it's gold and it contains the same tweed style circuit as before, it's the Lovepedal Les Lius. This rare pedal has been out of production for some time, which is why they've been fetching nearly twice their original price in the used market. Well, we're pleased to offer a limited batch of 1st edition gold units straight from Lovepedal, so you don't have to spend a fortune to nail that classic tweed amp tone. The 3 way toggle provides the Les Lius with 3 unique 50's tube amp tones plus a second footswtichable gain stage pushes your solos through the mix with an old school growl. Fender Wayne Kramer Signature Strat

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/03/28
Andy here with ProGuitarShop.com, jamming on the Fender Artist Series Wayne Kramer Stratocaster, a unique instrument modeled after the same Strat Wayne used in his days with the 60's Detroit punk pioneers, The MC5. The tattered starred and striped finish on the alder body immediately sets this guitar apart from the pack and the commemorative neck plate lets you 'kill hate' whenever you plug it in. The tones from the Fender Wayne Kramer Signature Strat aren't exactly your standard fare either, with a fat Seymour Duncan '59 humbucker in between two vintage styled single coils, and a hardtail bridge for extra sustain. The Fender Wayne Kramer Signature Strat's neck goes the vintage route with a meaty "C" shape, 21 vintage frets and a 7 ¼" rosewood fingerboard. http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitars-fender-guitars-fender-artist-series-c-...

Divided by 13 CJ-11

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011/03/25
The Divided By 13 CJ-11 is perfect for the player that wants that vintage tweed sound, but with more tonal flexibility. The single-channel CJ11 expands on the classic tweed combo layout by adding individual treble and bass controls, as well as a master volume knob for juicy saturation at any volume. A pair of 6V6 power tubes pushes 11 watts through a single 12" Celestion Greenback for a wide range of tones, from crisp, spanky cleans to classic American grind. Like all Divided By 13 amps the CJ-11 is hand wired in California, USA. - http://proguitarshop.com/store/amplifiers-divided-by-thirteen-amplifiers-c-4_...
