The Montreux Limited Stratocasters draw inspiration from a pair of guitars belonging to one legendary Texas bluesman. This Fender Custom Shop creation has some serious mojo with a thin nitro finish over an alder body that has been pre aged along with the hardware. Unique specs on the Montreux Limited Strat include a mid 60's Oval "C" shape for a bit more width and jumbo frets that match well with the stock .11-.49 gauge strings. The Texas tones overfloweth with hand-wound Abby pickups specifically tuned for the blues lover. Piano-like clean tones and overdrive than kicks and screams through the mix are just a few possibilities from this handmade Stratocaster.
