Gretsch Knotty Pine Western Roundup

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2011年01月14日 |
This is the Gretsch Knotty Pine Western Roundup, a limited reissue of the classic Gretsch 1955 6130 Round Up, but with a stunning bookmatched knotty pine top. The Gretsch builders wanted this creation to be like nothing they'd built before, so they combined chambered mahogany and knotty pine for a guitar that looks and sounds like nothing else. Unplugged, the Knotty Pine exhibits a deep, banjo-like resonance. Plug it in, and this character is brought to life by the raw vintage rock tones of a pair of Dynasonic Single Coil pickups. The meaty set mahogany neck is joined to a 12" radius rosewood fretboard, adorned with aged binding and western-themed inlays of cacti, steerheads, and wooden fences. The western motif snowballs from there, with a leather body binding accented with aged furniture tacks, a big "G" body brand,"G" Cutout Belt-Buckle Tailpiece, and Steerhead pickguard and headstock inlays. The Gretsch Knotty Pine Western Roundup definitely won't get lost in the crowd, or in the mix.- http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitar...

Gretsch White Falcon

ProGuitarShopDemos | 2010年12月14日 |
The Gretsch White Falcon is thought to be the cream of the crop by many Gretsch enthusiasts. With it's dazzling looks and graceful tones, the White Falcon can tackle any style imaginable, just look at the wide variety of White Falcon users since the 50's. This all-maple hollow body comes with the 1959 style trestle bracing, which supports the maple top and helps avoid feedback, very useful when paired with a set of High Sensitive Filter'Tron humbuckers. Along with a classic master volume setup, the Gretsch White Falcon 's tonal conbinations are quick and easy with an additional 3 way switch for varying degrees of high frequency rolloff. Shining bright on the body are a gold space control roller bridge and Bigsby Vibrato for very muscial pitch bends both up and down. And it wouldn't be a Gretsch White Falcon without the gold sparkle binding, just about everywhere on this guitar from the f-holes to the V-shaped headstock. The unique Gretsch sound is completed by the crisp Ebony fingerboard loaded with Neo-Classic Thumbnail inlays and 22 frets set with a 12" radius. http://proguitarshop.com/store/guitar...
